2006 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4.7. 237K

Valvoline Maxlife HM. Not a single leak, uses about a half quart (don't have to add) in 5,000 miles according to the dipstick.

1993 Toyota 4x4 p/u, 22RE 4 cyl - 162,000 miles on Amsoil SS 10W-30.

2005 Toyota Avalon XL - 101,000 miles, Amsoil SS 5W-30.

2014 Toyota Tacoma 4.0L V6, 19,500 miles, Amsoil SS 5W-30.

2003 Subaru Outback 2.5 auto 173,000miles
3-4K intervals of valvoline full synthetic, castrol gtx high mileage or pp
Car runs great but has the external head gasket leak. Smells like burning oil at stops (drips on exhaust). Maybe loses 1/2 quart over 4K. I got the car from my wife's grandmother with 66k. Not my dream car but I am grateful.

2008 Honda CR-V 4WD 189,000 miles
For the first 90,000 miles, I used synthetic like Mobil 1 5W-20 , PP 5W-20 (interval 6,000 miles) Until I moved to California and haven't had time to change so change oil at the honda dealer every 10,000 miles.
Engine light came on, changed oil pressure sensor around 98k and recently changed the rocker arm oil pressure around 180k miles because it stuck open. 10k interval is too long and I didn't top off the oil as frequent as well so that could be an issue.

2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP
206,000 miles
Castrol 0w40, interval varies based on OLM

M6 from the signature below; for the longest time I used dino oil only at 3K OCI, just recently switched it to synthetic at 5K OCI

2008 F150 King Ranch 5.4 - 145k- Whatever oil is cheap.5k oci.
2010 Corolla Base 1.8 - 135k - I try to use "better" oils because it's the gf's, but usually end up running what I find cheap. 5k oci.
2007 Kia Optima 2.4 - 156k - Was Mobil 1 all the time. Now SuperTech Syn. 3k oci.
1994 Cherokee Sport 4x4 4.0 - 209k - Cheap 10w30, usually SuperTech Syn. 3k oci.
1986.5 D21 3.0 - 160k - Cheap, usually dino. Yearly oci since it doesn't get driven a lot.

1999 Jeep Wrangler- 117k miles; Pennzoil Platinum 10W-30
1995 BMW 318ti-146k miles; BMW TPT 5W-30

2000 sienna purchased new- oil change every 5k - sold at 225k miles to buy new Subaru Forester. The Sienna could probably keep going for another 100k. We just had no use for a minivan now that the kids are gone

2000 Pontiac Sunfire in sig. Turned 270K today. G/f acquired the car in Apr '06 with about 118K on it. At about 150K I took over on oil changes and brakes. Car was signed over to me Nov 2015 when she decided to get a used 2011 Buick Regal. At the time I took "delivery" of the Sunfire it had 248,240 miles. OCI is every 5K with a syn blend oil usually Valvoline Maxlife and an array of filters (AC Delco, Purolator, QS, ST, and Wix). Paint look like h@%* but it just keeps going. Goal is to try and get it to 300K. At the rate I drive that won't happen until Oct 2022!!

My dad had a GMC Safari EXT with the 4.3 V6. It had 400K+ miles when he decided to retire it. He parked it in a field at a relative's. No joke, he could randomly go and start it up at any time, first crank.

1992 ford tempo , 140 k . grand daughter needed a car so gave it to her . she now has a little over 150 k on it...yeah don't see many ford tempos anymore..used whatever oil was on sale at the time and either napa or purolator filters
