I have a whole stash of 6-7 year old 10,000 Mile Purolator Ones, 8 to be precise, & wanted to see if the older model Purolator One PL45526 had a Specification sheet but they did not. However, I did ask them about the latest version PL45526P6 that replaced PL45526. This would be the newest 15,000 mile version.
This is that spec sheet below. I must commend M&H/Purolator for establishing a spec sheet that has specific efficiencies etc. That is huge to me as I'm sure you'll agree. Nothing like putting something down in black & white that's for sure. After seeing 22 grams of holding capacity I'm going to assume the older 10k Purolator 13 gram One was more efficient than this new version but who knows.
This is an oil filter for the 6.0L & 6.4L Power Stroke/International Engine. Anyone know what 99%@40 Microns equals to at 20 microns percentage? I have just not mastered that math yet.
