PF63 in two sizes?

Went to change the oil first time (3000m) on a new Chevy traverse and notice the OEM filter was longer in length that the Delco PF63(ordered from amazon. whats up with this?

I just picked up an AC Delco PF63 for my 2021 Traverse from Walmart today. It's definitely the large/long filter, but it better be, because it was just shy of $10 before tax. I looks/feels just like a blue champion labs E-core, like a Supertech filter. I had intended on buying another "20K mile" supertech for the Traverse, but they didn't have any. What they had in stock today for filters was pathetic, although I was able to get a 20K mile supertech for our Malibu. One left in stock.

How are you liking your Traverse? Is it a 2023?

The PF 64 is called for on my SIL’s 21 Malibu for both Turbo engines. The equivalent Fram is the 12060 with the matching bypass pressures.
