My '94 Grand Prix called for filter changes every other oil change. I never did it however. It called for 7500 mile OCI's that I never did either. I'm not sure about my current cars, I don't even know what the manual says regarding the filter. I wouldn't mind leaving it in for 2 OCI's if I could get all the oil out and it proved to be beneficial.
This was a pretty nice looking UOA.
