Options I found are a) Toyota Red is also sold by CarQuest, $26.50/gallon concentrate around here. it is the Toyota branded/packaged fluid. b) Pentosin makes an equivalent to Toyota specs, called "Pentofrost A1" - my local O'Reillys carries it, so do most NAPAs I've been in. $26 or so a gallon. Not a ton cheaper than dealerships, but somewhat and usually more convenient.
