I have a bunch of 5-10 year old grease tubes sitting on the shelf. Some of the tubes are only half full and the boxes they're in are wet. I'm assuming the moisture in the grease has bled out. Has the grease lost its lubricating properties? Is it junk?

New grease doesn't cost much. The technology may have improved as well.
