Occassional stalling on start up?

Yes, spray it and clean with a tooth brush or brass bristled brush, then wipe clean with a rag that won't leave lint. Use a flashlight to see the results of your work.
 
I went for a long drive today and it seems to be fine now.

Similar symptoms as described by the OP on these older Honda's. Generally, anything from IAC to TB plate etc.

I had my engine start and stall a couple of times this winter, cleaned the top-end earlier in April with Amsoil Power Foam and that doubled to clean the throttle plate and IACV since it's an entire ingestion of the can. Plenty of cleaning power to go around.
