Since my SE-R is 3 years old now ,I find it hard to understand why Nissan sends me a letter about a recall. Here is the reason for the recall Quote: On some 2003 and 2004 model year Nissan Altama and Sentra vehicles equipped with the 2.5 Liter engine, there is a possibility that the engine might stop running while being driven due to an electrical problem between the crank angle sensor and the Electronic Control Module. This may also result in the Service Engine Soon light coming on. If the engine stops running while driving ,this could result in a crach without warning. So has anyone else received such a letter from Nissan.Did you find out what Nissan did about it or is it a chance for them to fool around under the hood.
