Same as the 5/1372 this is one of the rare Wix/Napa Gold application using dome bypass. From what I've found it's the equivalent to the Mopar MO-899.
However unlike Fram which uses the PH2 as equivalent to 'both' the MC FL820S and the MO-899 and a bypass setting of 12psi, Wix specs two separate applications.
For Wix, the MC FL820S crosses to the previously noted 51372 with a bypass of 22psi. Otoh, the OP's 7899 crosses to the MO-899 and has a listed bypass of 16psi.
Like the FL820S the MO-899 also uses thread end bypass in the oem. I've wondered if there is some kind of patent issue why Wix/(NG) dome end bypass in these applications rather than the majority thread end Wix bypass.
This one looks good, and thinking from a clean engine.
