Made a little dinner for New Years Eve. Everything purchased at COSTCO. I speculate the quality was better than most NYE dinners out. One thing to mention- I split the king crab legs shells while could and before putting the legs into the steamer. Made eating them so much nicer.

We had Costco ribeyes and lobster tails for NYE. Also had a baked potato but that didn’t come from Costco. Can’t beat the prices for the tails and steaks. Might go buy more ribeyes this week as a matter of fact. I haven’t bought their crab legs, but they look delicious. Happy New Year!

Forgot to mention, friends of ours had reservations at a decent restaurant for NYE in Naples, noticed just a few hours before that the fine print online said it was a prefixed menu at $275/person. They changed their reservation to 4:30 and got the prefixed menu for $85. They said groups were coming in for the 5PM and later reservations only to find out it was $275/person and trying to negotiate with the restaurant but they held firm and people were just leaving. Alcohol not included for either of those prices. I can’t help but think ours was better and cheaper.
