Anyone have any issues with these? I opted no to take the dealers $5600 dollar warranty. From what I have read they are pretty bullet proof!
Especially on a Laredo trim. If it were the top of the line model, it might be more justifiable. Lots more gizmos to go bad.You can do alot of repairs for the $5600 warranty cost.
You should be fine.

2016+ is not.Is the 3.6 flex fuel in the GC?
Thanks. FCA's use a flex fuel makes me more interested in some of their offerings.2016+ is not.
I agree 100%. WIfe's 2014 Overland model with all the options has been flawless for the 124k miles it now has. The 3.6/8spd is smooth as silk just as day 1 and the air suspension impressed me so much I got myself a RAM Limited with air suspension....92k mile and that truck has been flawless as well...same basic 8speed just behind a 5.7 Hemi. The 3.6 and ZF 8 speed are a great combo, probably the best powertrain in the business. I had a 2015 that was great, in 70k miles of ownership the only issue I had was a leaky strut. Obviously my 2021 hasn't had any issues. I think the Grand Cherokee is a great vehicle and will serve you well.
