New KYB Strut Plus - popping noise on turns?

Before you order Sachs i would do my best to make sure it isn't the same thing reboxed as there have been reports of that.

If it is an actual ZF Sachs strut it is a better strut than KYB.

The Sachs I recently got for the front of a '10 Venza were stamped Made in the US. I guess I never gave thought to if they produced domestically but it surprised me for some reason

oh yeah I forgot they were doing that at Sachs! but at this point can @Twisted1 not take the chance? What are the options?! Not much better..
