I think it's the 3rd page:

Under "Precautions" section, first sentence is:
"Mobil 1 5W-20 is manufactured from high quality petroleum base stocks, carefully blended with selected additives."

Additionally, here's other links to Canadian Mobil 1 PDS and other products:

What a hoot....read your own link again MOBIL 1 5W-30 is manufactured from high quality synthetic base oil, carefully blended with selected additives.

So what other proof does Mobil have to provide hmmmmmm??

A lot of people's fall-back to PAO is based on their history of it being an basic necessity in turbos. I am not really even comfortable to G-III in a turbo, but HT-06 does clarify it for me.

You are also purchasing the R&D to make the finished oils. Would you rather a crudely formulated PAO oil or a high R&D G-III oil? (cough...PP)

"high quality synthetic base oil" could mean Group III, IV or V. It does not (necessarily) mean PAO.

"Would you rather a crudely formulated PAO oil or a high R&D G-III oil?" I'd rather get Mobil 1, assuming it is Group III, then Royal Purple assuming it is Group IV. I just think Mobil formulates their oils better than RP.

We seem to have people that are arguing about the (good) performance of Mobil 1 and others arguing about the deception of Mobil. It seems that most of the people arguing about the deception are NOT arguing about the performance, per se.
