Fixed! I decided to go the easy route. I think I will do a 10K mile OCI this time.

I know what it is; you're waiting on that deluxe model filter cutting tool to go on sale.

This was the 2nd oil filter I have ever cut open. The 1st one I cut open (ProSelect) I used a hacksaw. This time I used my Dremel.
When I cut open fuel filters I use my RIDGID pipe cutters.
