Yes, So Cal has near perfect weather for top down cruising year-round, day and night. On average we have less than 10-15 rainy days a year, temperature don't get to below 60F until late night most of the time in winter. High is usually in the 70's and 80's in summer and high 60's to mid 70's in winter.
 
-27C today Below what you want to run a 10W-XX . Even my 5w30 wally WPp syn with average performance with a qt of 0w20 amended - the engine sounded like it would grenade if I wasn't uber carefull running it this cold morning. Then the CVT ran the poor cold engine at 2700 for 10 mins to warm it up fast no matter how slow I drove.
Nissan?! WT Hey! With this aggressive trans programming!
