Never use silicone grease or oil on a car body. If it ever needs painting its real difficult to clean it off, especially in creased areas and will make painting very difficult.

Its not as big an issue as you think. It does not permeate the paint and is easily removed with solvent eg Prep-Sol.
When painting the panel it is gone over with a solvent, scuffed and washed in solvent again as are adjacent panels that will be blended.
