RIP. Thanks for the great memories and some very big matches that wrestling fans will never forget.
I was just watching the WWE documentary about him the other day, he lived a very interesting life and came to the USA with nothing and barely spoke any English. He worked his tail off and climbed through the ranks to headline some very important WWF storylines back in the 80’s and 90’s.
If anyone gets a chance watch the documentary, he lived the American dream.
I got a TON of respect for the Iron Sheik.
