I'm a big map viewer; this gives a good perspective of the variety and ranges of particular Indigenous people

Local here is Anishinabewaki (often referred to as Anishinabe). My wife's father's family were Metis from the Truro area of Nova Scotia, where the French interbred with the Mi’kma’ki (Micmac).
