I need help forwarding an e-mail

I thought it was straight forward but I've tried unsuccessfully to forward an e-mail . First thing I did was open the original e-mail - hit forward and entered the address I want to send it to . I called and they said they never got it . What am I missing ?

Maybe it's in their spam folder? Does it show up in your sent folder? What email service are you using?

• You typed the email address wrong.
• They gave you the wrong address.
• It's a large email with a large attachment and it's still "sending" on your side or it's still incoming on theirs.
• It got caught by their spam filter.

I use that too. As a test forward it yourself or another email address you have and see if you get it.

Try "reply" and change the email address to what you want.

I did that and it worked . I resent it so I'll call them again to see if they got it .

If you sent the email to a bad address, you should have gotten a return email saying the email was not delivered. It could be in their spam.
