From what I remember on my dad's Harmony, it was very easy to move. I think that there are a few bolts that can be removed to take the plastic panel under the deck that covers the transmission so that you can have better access.
The lever is number 5:

I want to thank everyone for the information that you all provided. Please keep it comming if you don't mind. I'll take any/all I can get. As soon as it stops raining here, I'll be doing something with the mower unless someone offers me a price I can't refuse.
Trying not to get attached to the mower but it's hard due to it being such a nice piece of equipment. Really is!
