can anyone list all group iv base oil , are group IV oil better than group III ? how ? educate me

I think 3 is getting better, but 4 is better on flow and high temp, but 5 smacks them both. My understanding was 3 was less likely to cause seal issues and was affordable. Additive package is probably pretty important in all oils. How the car is operating via racetrack or grocery store is another. I will say that product like Lubegard Biotech, High Performance Lubricants EC30, and Archoil 9100 use esters and seem to offer the best results to their users. And even though it's not the end all be all, products that use the higher base oils and additives cost more usually because they are better products. Simply put you get what you pay for.
