I was driving in a small suburb of DFW and observed a guy driving a white Mazda with the left rear tire flat and coming apart. I pulled up along side, rolled down my passenger window and informed him that he had a flat and was endangering other motorists. He looked at me and said he was trying to get to a tire shop. There was one about a block away. He then came alongside and indicated for me to lower the passenger window. He asked me what I thought he should do "Pull Over"?????? A minute or so later he went past me on the rim of an alloy, after passing the tire shop. Now he can buy a rim and a tire.
