Here she is. I had off for a couple of day so after spending $350 yesterday to fix all 4 bent OEM 17" rims, i thought i would give it some more love today to go with this new found smoothness LOL. The spray on ceramics/waxes cant seem to touch a good old fashioned hand wax job!. The paint looks near new after the use of Meguiar's G18211 Ultimate Paste Wax. It makes the Hyundai's blue metallic paint look so deep, and the metallic flakes really do come through. Its a little time consuming, vs a spay on wax, but the results are worth it. I will continue to use the spray on waxes for touch ups or quick details. It does clean up extremely well for what it is, without a car payment. Cant complain.:love:

I have a tin that's from years back I use on the Hummer now and then. Looks good but a little too much shine/plastic look for the 300.

But it’s a good product with a traditional application.
Oh, I'm in agreement. It's just that the word "wax" has been so overused by manufacturers that it's funny. I know, I know...it sells because of that word. I guess "sealant" wouldn't drive the market as well.

Megs discontinued Fast Finish in May of this year. If you like it then buy some more before it's gone completely.

One of my favorite waxes to apply with the random orbital. Smear some on the pad with a putty knife, and it goes on like butter. Easy to wipe off too. Nice job....she's shiny for sure. Keep it topped off with a spray wax / sealer after each wash, and it will stay glossy & the water beading won't fade.

Had a little rain last night, here are a close up of the beads of water on the paint with this coat of Meguiar's, It appears the water does not even touch the paint, and with just the down slope of the hood makes the water "fall" off the paint and other surface areas. It gives me the impression of very good protection for the paint. Very nice product so far. I will be looking into a buffer also, to really go "overboard" LOL. (It is the cleanest Elantra in the area, as most have 200K, faded lights, mismatched panels, and are rusty - but still on the road!) Any recommendations? I see WM has a couple electric 3400 RPM ones for under $40. Im tempted. Is "burning" off the clear coat still a thing? I'd be using it on the same color 13 Sonata, and Elantra with probably other vehicles along the way... Thanks!.
