Anonobomber wins the prize!
Replaced the float last night. Cleaned the jets with a thin wire (didn't really see anything in them, I think the B12 did a good job at cleaning and it doesn't seem to have hurt anything). Put it all back together, changed the oil, and it started and ran great! Oil looks like oil and no fuel dumping through the muffler.
