Free Mower-A Man Of Integrity - Precision Cut

Beautiful high precision work but not nearly as difficult and dangerous as meets the eye. The fact the trunk is literally one foot from either roof is an advantage. Regardless how it is cut, it can't swing and build any momentum to damage the roofs. At worst it just slides along in one direction or the other until it falls in the gap. A tall tree 15-20 ft. from a house is what scares me. I throw a weighted object tied to a string up and over a mid height limb, then tie a rope to the end of the string, and pull the heavier rope up and through the limbs. Then I attach the end of the rope to my truck bumper and have someone put a pull on it as the cut deepens. The trees fall where I want them.

I've always found the come along to be the amateur woodsman's best friend and I've dropped some trees that might have best been left to a skilled crew.
Nice work dropping the tree. I'd have been quite pleased to have done what you guys did.
