$57,000 seems a bit much to look at that everyday.

Why?
I thought I would miss the 6 speed Allison when I got the 10 speed in my 3500. The 6 speed is a completely outstandingly reliable transmission when you don't need to play with the engine power. After putting 45,000 miles on the 10 speed, mostly towing, I'm starting to think the 10 speed is as good a transmission as the 6 speed. Having 4 more gears makes a huge difference in pulling.Only the Duramax and 6.6 gasser have the Allison.
That‘s a great price for a new 2500 4WD right now …It's hard to get used to the new market. A dollar gets you less and less. This is most notable in trucks.

Some would consider this too much blingThis is a Custom not a High Country.
wut ? Wun dis un ?
I might see it come through here on the way to Mexico
You don't buy the truck for that, you buy it for capability, but the interior is huge and feels nice. It is not my daily driver.

Z71 is not a bad value package - had a 2018 …This is a Custom not a High Country.

Yep, I purchased the 2017 back in 2019 for 36500 out the door. Same truck, a 2017, is selling for 42,000 to 50,000 depending on miles and options. That is why I went new.So glad I bought my RAM in 2019, before things went bat .... crazy.
There is this interior on a 1 ton they have there, truck is 1800 dollars more, and has less options, but had this useless to me screen.
