No wonder the drivers crash. You try figuring out the buttons on that thing while going 150mph...

I think a lot of it is driver preference. I remember hearing a story where Michael Schumacher wanted knobs and switches for everything as he could set the car up to his liking. When Lewis Hamilton switched to Mercedes he complained the steering wheel had too many controls on it.

I suppose you get used to them - it's all muscle memory.

Yup. And now at season's end he's wondering how Nico got more out of the car! I still love him though...
