Yea I have real troubles with supposed ghost that move things or make funny noises in the night. A real spirit/ghost doesn't need to move canned goods around, doesn't need to lurch around the attic or basement in the middle of the night, or turn lights on and off in unoccupied rooms, etc - all the typical [censored] parlor trick stuff that imaginary ghosts spend their time and energy doing.

Ever hear of Occam's Razor? Basically if you boil it all down, the simplest answer is that it's all a sham. The problem with your conclusions is that it relies on the fact that there is free will and that there is balance. If it's all a sham, then it doesn't matter if there's free will or not or balance.

People hear what they want to hear and some people are good at reading others. How come they've never done any scientific study on mediums? See what their success rate is with 1000 people. No, just Mr. Ghost. He was a faintly glowing green thing, almost like a glow-in-the-dark shadow. He "lived" in the space between where my bedroom door opened against the wall. I don't know what he was, but he sure wasn't the spirit of a dead human. I was never afraid of him or felt as though he meant me any kind of harm.
