Dried Paint on Car

Can someone please help me. I bought a red car that must have sat near someone who was painting. It has a bunch of white marks all along the right side.
I tried aggressive claying, and it removed some of the spots.

Is there anything else I can use that might work?

+1 worked great when Caltrans 'striped' my car when they were doing the road

I assume it wont damage the paint?
Someone had mentioned to use nail polish remover, but I know that would damage the paint

A polish, compound, or scratch remover may also work. Keep a good coat of sealant on their, and it will be easier to remove next time.

Odorless mineral spirits will do the job on the cheap without harm. Then wash the area and apply a wax or sealant. The spirits strip everything off.
