The Mann filter for my Volvo is still a German-built filter and it's twice the filter of a Pureolater. Built lik a tank inside and out.
Don't get me wrong I think Amsoil is great.

That's my knowledge/experience with Mann as well.
The Mann I put on my Honda is not half the Mann on my Volvo. But it's just an odd odd world. One of my first choices when I started to get choosy about OF's so many years ago was a Mann.... then I went to SDF...then EaO.....little did I know I would end up running a Mann on two cars, one a Honda.

I have 7500 miles on this oil change with OW30 OSS Amsoil with the ML 1017 I am getting it tested this week, didn't use any between filter changes, (oil that is)has done city and highway, really interested in seeing how it's done, been close to 14000 miles since last test.
