It's clutch time in the 240Z and I am looking for some opinions on modern gear oil in the old transmissions. I'm pretty sure I ruined the synchros in a 240SX running some Coastal GL5 for about a year. I should have done GL4 then and I'm wondering if the Z will be even more fragile. What are some recommendations for an old 4 speed, stick with GL4 or a GL5 MT-1 now days? GL5 MT-1 is definitely easier to find locally for me.
