Consensus: Do you gap dual electrode spark plugs?

The dual electrode plugs I remember (NGK or Bosch) had curved inner surfaces, you would have to bend a feeler gauge to get it between them. So, no to OP's original question.

Eyeballing the new plug to be sure the gap is in the "normal" range is good enough for me on modern cars and trucks with coil-on-plug ignition.

On older vehicles (with points or a distributor cap, which are both "lossy") I would still gap new single-electrode plugs before installing. Or motorcycles of any vintage, due to higher stakes.
