Can I use subaru OEM coolant in my Nissan?

I have a few gallons of Subaru OEM coolant left over and I was wondering if it was ok to use it in my Nissan SE-R SpecV.

My usual mix is:
-half a bottle of subaru coolant conditioner
-one full bottle of Redline WaterWetter
-40% Coolant
-60% Distilled water

I would have no problem using Subaru coolant in a Nissan but I would go 50/50 coolant/distilled water and use the coolant conditioner but forget the WW.

helps avoid a headgasket failure (avoid, not fix)

It worked on my old sentra GXE.. it had an engine very prone to HG failure and after 150k miles it was perfect, the QR25 in my SpecV is also somewhat prone to it... but now I just use half a bottle.

I'd use Barsleaks and save a few bucks because I'm pretty sure that's basically what Subaru Coolant Conditioner is.
