As for pleating being straight and tight, in my experience the L/PL14610 application size generally tends to have straighter/tighter pleating than the larger P1/Classic applications. Even the AAP Total Grip below made by Purolator had tight straight pleating. One of the reasons besides more media area, that I prefer the 14610/7317/3323 size in the Puro to the 14559 application. But yes the D3323 shown does have straight tight pleating.
