Yes, that's the new Fram/Champion one, has a Fram style baseplate. I bought a new addition to the fleet, an '03 Grand Marquis, needed a thermostat (& amazingly NOTHING else, a grandpa special!) & picked up three FL-820s equivalent filters for it from AAP, they only ended up around $6 each with the $10 off $30 code.
