Berryman's B12 banned in CA?

Don't know if true as I'm hearing this secondhand but a monkey at Kragen's told a friend's wife it can no longer be sold. I wouldn't be surprised as it's not the first time they've done something like this. When I lived there I once had to drive 50 miles to buy a certain type of spray paint because it was locally banned. Something about VOCs as I recall.

It was still on the shelves yesterday.
Does that mean they can't sell stuff like lacquer thinner, toluene, and xylene?

I haven't been able find epoxy enamel rattle cans for years. And I know you have to drive to Zona (or TJ?) to get Imron paint.
