Anyone ever change the screen on their smartphone?

I've done probably a dozen Ipods and Iphones. It helps to watch a video online. I have a craftsman 0000 phillips screwdriver and a large (maybe 8" x 8") refrigerator magnet to hold the tiny screws. Those two things really help. It's not terribly hard, but the first one is always tough while you gain confidence in how hard you need to pull some things to get them off.

I did it on an iphone 3Gs. Wasnt hard at all really. Just be careful with removing and replacing all the little connectors.

I tried looking for a vid on Youtube but the search is worthless.I get different results, and some that i even add a neg. sign to, like 9-iphone)

I've done about a million blackberry phones and a few iPhones. Having the right tools and taking your time is key.
