Been watching these videos YouTube for years. And now, a new year of surprises and uplifting stories have started again for Nate Easton and his crew to give away gifts from Secret Santa for those in need.

I met a recipient of the East Idaho News Secret Santa at a cancer clinic a few years ago, and have watched them periodically since.

This is not your typical Secret Santa. This SS gives away new cars....a mean by a lot, every Christmas season evey year.

Newest recipient, just a day ago. A new Honda CRV. It start at Thanksgiving and it doesn'st stop till Christmas time.

Yep. The recipient I met had been given a new car, and several thousand dollars on cards to pay for insurance and gas, to travel out of their home state of Idaho, to get chemotherapy at the clinic where I met them.
