amperage of fuel pump

someone pointed this out to me somewhere.

if u use a switch, then its fine. yet the extra load may cause the switch to fail at higher loads...with a relay it will be safe and alot better..

thats interesting to me.

only certain hondas have a fuse for their fuel pump, sometimes they skip generations for reasons unknown.

is there a difference between a switch rated at 15 amps at 120v and a switch at 30 amps at 12v?

i found another line to the fuel pump. its the ecu fuse. i have 2 ecu fuses and if i unplug this one im playing with the memory wont reset, and the fuel pump wont turn on. i think ill tap the line there....

im kinda lazy to run a line from the rear.
