It just moves 1/4 inch so it's not the parking brake. Park or neutral makes no difference. Is this a Subaru AWD thing? Drives fine.

What's different here? Click to expand... Sorry, I thought you meant it didn't spin in unison when spinning another wheel. It should spin if you put the trans in neutral.
