Hey Guys, Trying to cut costs on oil changes and I was wondering if you think the classic AC Delco filter will do fine on 7,500 mile OCI that is 80% HWY and 20% city?

Do you think the AC Delco's (non-ecore) are good for 5,000 mile OCI's?

Okay guys. If the vehicles are a 2009 and a 2010, and I follow GM's OLM which puts me out to 9,500 to 10,500 on the OCI, will the GM recommended AC Delco filters hold up? I am talking about the metal core AC Delco's not the ecore.

Guys, I received this filter today, and the metal ring portion passed the black outer rubber ring is not round...it looks all bent. What do you think? Usable? Safe? Or should I send it back?
