Would mixing MMO and UCL be better than using each on their own?

I have what looks like dirty motor oil in my coolant. It is pitch black and oily. I dipped a twig in the the radiator to get some out - it catches on fire when I put a match to it. My oil is black- not milky- and right at the full mark. Can oil get into the coolant without coolant in oil?

Has any ever used Ballistol as a fuel additive in either gas or diesel? I bought some from a local gun store and read on the label that it is great for both gas and diesel fuels. Was using it only on guns, but may try it in my stump grinders.

Has anyone tried militec-1 in motor oil? A mechenic (ASE certified) told me that it has stopped piston slap in the Chevy 6.0 engines. He said it doesn't change the viscosity of the oil and works even after it has been drained at oil change. I'm skeptical,has anybody else heard of this?

I have a new 2500HD 6.0 liter. I do some towing, about 5500 lb trailer. My other vehicles use Rottela-T 5w-40 synthetic. Is it O.K. to use this or should I use 5w-30 (mobil-1)? My manual calls for 5w-30. Will 5w-40 cause any harm?
