Used Tacoma’s are a joke. Way overpriced, mostly rust buckets with no power. I do like that you can get them with a stick, but then they can’t tow very much. I just don’t see the appeal.
They DO make the Colorado with a stick. The best part about buying a vehicle with a stick is that you've just eliminated 95% of the car theives who are too stupid to drive anything but an automatic!
The other thing I like about the Colorado is that it comes with 4 wheel disc brakes...which the Tacoma doesn't even offer.

You can only get the Colorado with a 2wd open diff if you get the stick, and the 4-cylinder. Complete garbage combination.
I *think* they offer the diesel motor with the manual transmission. I think.

It's funny because in every other country you can get the truck with a manual, with all powertrains. It's okay, I just took my business elsewhere. Maybe I'll buy one in 10 years if I can find one that isn't rusted out by then.
