25+ years ago I was gifted this seal assortment. Many are Safety Kleen brand. I have no idea what cars most fit and I can't seem to cross the numbers over.

Any ideas?

Do you have any friends who work at Oreilly? When I worked there, they had a search feature that would accept all sorts of part numbers and provide cross references. I was able to search a no name spark plug for example and get cross references from NGK and Champion. Once you have those, just check the fitment.

Not to be that guy, but are they still okay to use?

Seals for what? Hubs? Spark plug holes? Something else? Is this automotive or general off topic related items?

Wheel hubs mostly. I did find a pinon seal for my F250 and used it last year.
