Viscosity range seems low to me according to standard scale

9.3 < 12.5 is the range for 5w30, 5w20 is 6.9 to <9.3 so it's within specs.

Look at the chart !

9.3-12.5 is not 5W-20

I see the chart you posted. I'm just at a point where an error like that, in the grand scheme of things, isn't going to have an impact on my day to day life I guess shrug

I don’t use 5W-20, so thick thin doesn’t make a rats but to me
I was posting to show PQIA posted the wrong results for RTG 5W-20.

There was nothing sarcastic about it and I don't pussyfoot around. The OP overreacted to a small error which in the grand scheme of things has no impact on the world.
