What makes this sound when you press the remote?

Not my video but what makes that click sound? Obviously not the horn like on most cars. Maybe a separate speaker? Want to replace the annoying chirp on a car with this chime sound.

On Hyundais/Kias it is called a "buzzer" and/or "piezo" and is usually mounted inside the fender somewhere. It's a small plastic box.
