Should be fine, I've never known NGK to make a bad product.
Given the mileage on your Civic (if it's the one in your sig) this should be the last time you'll ever have to do them, too, which is nice.

you'd better put in an order for new tires. They will triple the horsepower and fuel economy at the same time.
The Ruthenium plugs are actually $ 0.50 cheaper than the Iridium ones ... weird.
I'm still getting 35-40mpg now.
I recently put some of these in my wifes car. I probably wont ever have to replace them again as little as she drives.
