Did a valve adjustment and had to buy new ones of the correct thickness. Can I use these old ones in another car if I need those sizes or do you have to buy new ones at $13 a pop?
Can these bucket style tappets be reused?

Toyota Prius/Corolla I presume? You can reuse these if there's other valves that need to be adjusted and those are the correct thickness when you mike them out.

Ah, Toyota used these on the newer 1NZ-FEs and 1ZZ-FEs on the mid-cycle refresh of the 2004-2009 Prius and Corolla of that era. Same deal.
