I disagree with the comments regarding viscosity, to the point it almost sounds ridiculous to me.

After 6000 MILES in a SHARED SUMP BIKE. The 20/50 Red Line oil has only sheared a tiny bit to a heavy 40, really almost just a borderline 40/50 and to top it off the oil sample had fuel in it! Geez! Oil did great!@

Heck, I dont even call that shearing and would be skeptical of any oil that held up any "better"

Not only that, but the OP is also past due on the oil change. Owners manual calls for 5000 mile changes and we all know, severe use is even less then 5000 miles in most cases.
Nothing wrong with the UOA.

)

Valvoline Synthetic VR1 says not to use it in a wet clutch application or with CATs.

On my 2013 Sportster, I haven't had a flash point lower than 410 with the RL 20w-50 PowerSports oil.
So you may have some fuel dilution, on my stock Sportster anything over about 30% throttle is open loop and runs at about 12.5 to 1 AFR, deceleration is also open loop at about 13.0 to 1 ARF.

I would say that most of the AL and Iron are coming from the primary/transmission.

Here is what my 5000 mile Sportster engine UOA (4000 miles on the SYN3) and 10,000 miles on my trans/primary (5,000 to 15,000 miles on the bike) looked like along with the totals
