I agree it looks good.

This was not a frequent offender for tearing IIRC.

BTW was running MC Blend 5/20 has about 178 HRS on it.

Robert, is this off a Ford Transit 150 or 250 van?

Great pics as always and Thank You

Which engine?

Yes 5000 miles is the service interval. Though I have exclusive use of it, it is not my truck so I do what the owner tells me.

It is a 3.7 TiVCT

Thank you Adam and you are welcome as always.

It is an incomplete vehicle based on a T150.

Made Feb 22, 2018 ... so probably has a louvered center tube. How'd the louvers look?

Thanks for the C&P, looks good.

This is my go to on my Contour's V6 because it's cheap and one of the few good Puro made filters. Car calls for an 820s but since those have some of the worst issues with tearing I just use the 500s.

I wish the FL820S looked as good as this one does.

I wonder if one of those could handle a 10,000 mile OCI in an Ecoboost? I used to run these, then switched to the Ultra Guard. I still have one or two of these left over, so I may run them. They are two to three years old, though.

I keep my oil filters in a hunting boot box in my furnace room downstairs. The media lasts 2-3 times longer (several years) dry and warm.
